Kindergarten students each mixed yellow and red paint to create their own special orange colored pumpkin. We added a drop of blue to the leftover orange to make a new color for the stem. Some students ended up with brown, while other made dark green.
We learned that:
YELLOW + RED = ORANGE
ORANGE + BLUE = ... Greenish brown?
