3rd Grade - Cylinder Creatures

In September, 3rd graders explored paper sculpture techniques (and Math!) in the art room.  They learned how to turn the 2D shape of a rectangle into the 3D form of a cylinder.  Then then folded, cut, tore, wove, curled and glued colored construction paper to create these fun "Cylinder Creatures."
