First we got a needle thread and a piece of colored burlap. Next we pulled out some string from the burlap and took a needle and thread and went up and down and up and down. We followed that pattern. We did at least 8 rows and we could decorate the string by putting beads and different colored string and ribbons and buttons. Last we put glue on the back of the string with beads and string and ribbon to keep it from falling of!
