5th Grade - Self Portraits Inspired by Chuck Close

In art class we looked at some of Chuck Close's paintings. We took pictures of ourselves and even tried to draw ourselves! Chuck Close uses grids to enlarge his drawings, so we did the same. To add color, we used charcoal and chalk. To learn more about Chuck Close visit chuckclose.com
